In this episode of The Coaching Edge, I share five ways to generate more revenue as a coach without feeling overwhelmed. We'll talk about the importance of looking to your existing base of clients and asking them what they need.
I also suggest creating mini-offers, such as workshops or retreats, that can be sold at a lower price. Another strategy is pre-selling spots to upcoming programs or creating VIP upsells for existing clients.
Lastly, I recommend brainstorming and creating follow-on programs to address the next challenges your clients may face.
