On paper, my life was "perfect" -- in reality, I was exhausted, disenchanted, unhappy and unhealthy.
My goal was simply to "get through" the days, and I felt like I was barely keeping my head above water.

In fact, burnout is SO common that it's now classified by the World Health Organization as a "workplace phenomenon."
I work with high-achieving people who are nearing burnout every week in my coaching practice -- often as a result of career pressures combined with personal responsibilities (like caring for children &/or aging parents).
