By participating in this Masterclass Series (otherwise referred to as "Masterclass"), I understand and acknowledge that the lessons and coaching provided in this Masterclass by Wendy McCallum, or Wendy McCallum Coaching, are at all times restricted to the subject of general well-being and are not meant for the purposes of medical diagnosis, treatment or prescribing of medicine for any disease, or any licensed or controlled act which may constitute the practice of medicine. 

I am aware that Wendy McCallum is a coach, not a therapist, counsellor, health or medical practitioner, or dietician. 

I voluntarily agree that I am responsible for all decisions made and all actions taken as a result of this program.

I also understand that this Masterclass is final sale and that no refunds are available post-purchase.

I understand that I will have access to this online content for at least 90 days or as long as the Masterclass is being offered by Wendy McCallum Coaching, whichever is longer.

I understand that this content is the intellectual property of Wendy McCallum Coaching and agree not to share, copy, or repurpose it for personal or business purposes.

Proceeding with the Masterclass will be seen as binding evidence of my agreement to these terms.
