Saturday’s fun & engaging group coaching & workshops will be focussed on:

- what “self-care” looks like for you,
- how to carve out time to incorporate it,
- and how to make it a permanent habit.
I’ve also got a special guest coming to lead us in some simple, easy-to-incorporate self-care breathing techniques that will add a lovely touch of zen to the day!
In a cozy, small group coaching environment, you’ll discover what’s making it so hard for you to put yourself first, why it’s so important that you do sometimes, and how to truly set yourself up for success when it comes to taking proper care of YOU this year.
