My uniquely-designed online coaching community is like no other.
If you’re like most busy women, you find the winter months really challenging when it comes to keeping your daily mood, food, movement & motivation on track. You also probably plan every January to make some significant post-holiday changes, start with a bang and end with a fizzle (then beat yourself up for “failing” and repeat the cycle in February).

We’ll reset together in January, then steadily build healthier habits & balance in February, and learn how to maintain with confidence in March. You’ll head into the spring feeling energized, organized & strong. Instead of a 7, 14 or 30-day “quick fix”, I’ve created what you REALLY NEED – a realistic, balanced approach to reclaiming some time & creating a life you don’t want to escape from. I’ll also provide continued coaching & support for a full three months, which is a critical part of your success that’s missing from typical New Year programs.
This isn’t just a healthy eating reset – this online coaching program is about creating lasting habits in all four pillars of your health: food, sleep, stress management/mental health and sleep. We’re going to figure out where you are out of balance and get you what you need to feel better and really love the life you’ve created for yourself.
We will also focus on nourishing plant-forward meals with real ingredients you can purchase at your local grocery store or farmers’ market (no fancy, hard-to-find ingredients.) Weekly meal plans feature simple, delicious recipes including real “fast-food” options for busy nights. This Program will feature popular comfort foods from my cookbooks & previous programs, as well as my own family’s favourites.

PROGRAM RUNS: JANUARY 10TH – APRIL 3RD (register by the 10th, receive your first meal plan by email that day, take the weekend to get prepped for a Monday start!)
