I’ll help you articulate what’s out of balance, and maybe even what’s missing. Then we’ll reset your course to align with your goals and what truly matters to you. We’ll do this through a series of small, manageable changes. It usually doesn’t require a radical re-organization of your life, don’t worry!
I have a background in nutrition & wellness, so I also always include a focus on healthy living in my coaching sessions.

My coaching approach focuses on all the “real life” stuff that’s really holding you back so you can make permanent change. That might be:

– unhealthy coping mechanisms,
– personal values & fulfillment,
– family, &/or
– other relationships.
Together, we’ll sort through the overwhelm. My one-step-at-a-time, whole-life approach is the only way to make permanent, positive change happen. It’s worked with the hundreds of busy people I’ve coached, so it will work for you too!
My personal coaching is just that: personal. It’s the opposite of “one-size-fits-all”. We design your sessions around what you need to succeed. Your sessions are customized to build the healthy toolkit you need so you can achieve your best life, then maintain it!

I offer a 12-session program that we’ll design together to ensure you get what you need most from our time together. (Cost is just $299/mth+HST x 3 months.)
We’ll start by booking an initial consultation ($125+HST, no program pre-commitment is necessary), and we’ll go from there!
