I’m a Co-Active Coach, trained by the internationally-credentialed Coach Training Institute (CTI). I love the co-active coaching model because it provides a powerful process for engaging with others. As a recovering lawyer, I also love that it’s well-supported by current scientific research. 😉
I’m also a graduate of the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, with over 8 years of more focussed wellness coaching under my belt.
