This one-day retreat takes places at my tranquil oceanside home in Chester, N.S. from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Price includes healthy snacks and a delicious comfort food lunch, homemade by yours truly, along with engaging group coaching & life-changing workshops focussed on how to make small changes with big impact when it comes to living your best life! As always, we’ll focus on all aspects of wellness: body, mind & soul.

I signed up for the retreat to learn more about “mind, body and soul” and I feel I accomplished this. Touching on mindfulness, meditation and gratitude has inspired me to start all of these practices.
